About Us

Rippling Waters Retreat is a private 400 acre estate. Your hosts have created this unique wonderland 15 years ago. They passionately fashioned their dream home with the spirit of the land, making sure that nature and its serenity remained the focus of their vision. Recognizing the beauty, energy, and liveliness their home provided, they choose to share this dream with others. Now in its 10th successful year as a private retreat, Rippling Waters has seen many couples, family, groups, and workshops enjoy themselves, establishing strong memories to last a lifetime and beyond.

Rippling Waters is located just 2 hours 45 min from GW Bridge. The 400 acres provide miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Spectacular photo opportunities are everywhere. Nature walk endlessly and re-establish your connections, whether it is with your friends and family, or to nature. You will be inspired. There are trails for everyone. Hike the simple trails to the mountain top overlook. Explore the trails through the fern and evergreen forest,or be challenged by blazing your own trail over rugged terrain and rock scrambles.The Artesian-Spring fed lake is ideal for fishing where you will find bass, trout, channel cats and more. Float away in a rowboat,canoe, paddle boat, for your pleasure. Enjoy swimming all summer long. Wind down at night at a campfire where you can sing songs, tell ghost stories,roast marshmallows, or count the stars that truly seem close enough to touch. Over at the stables, you can watch the Friesian horses being trained.

The main house activities include, a pool table, ping-pong,darts, workout area,sauna, large flat screen to's, wood and tulikivi fireplaces. In addition to all that available, Rippling Waters Retreat is close to food shopping, quaint restaurants, antique and artist shops, and a 18 hole golf course. In the winter we are 30 minutes from downhill skiing.
